Based on the workflow map, we define the system in precise terms: what it does, what it does not do, what the data model looks like, and what the timeline is. No surprises after this point.

Build

Working System6–16 weeks

Real functionality reviewed each phase not mockups.

We build in 2-week phases. At the end of each phase, you review working software not Figma frames. Feedback happens on real functionality. Scope changes are discussed and documented.

Deploy & Train

Live System1 week

Live system. Trained team. Confident adoption.

We deploy to production, train every person who will use the system, and stay available for the first week of live operations. No hand-off and disappear.

Support

Optional retainer for maintenance and evolution.

After delivery, you can engage us on a monthly retainer for bug fixes, small feature additions, and system evolution as your business grows. No retainer is required the system is yours to run.
